Credit Suisse Group is one of the world-leading financial services companies. The group is established as a result of a merger of Credit Suisse and Credit Suisse First Boston in 2005. NZB Neue Zürcher Bank – focuses on the brokerage activities, asset management and investment advisory services for private clients. The bank has institutional investors from Switzerland and abroad. NZB was established in 2000; the group started its operations as a finance company in September 2000, and after some months the company received its banking licence and started operating under the name of NZB Neue Zurcher Bank. In February 2001, it became a member of the stock-exch\nges SWX and virt-x, and was recognized as a broker for Swiss equities. In 2002, the bank included private banking in the list of its activities.
