Banque de Patrimoines Privés Genève BPG SA – founded in 1980 as an asset management company, received the status of the bank in 1987. The bank now is subject to the regulations governing all banking activities in Switzerland, the two major shareholders are Swiss nationals, acting as the Chairman of the Board and the General Manager. The bank is not active in commercial banking, its activities are dedicated exclusively to portfolio management. Bank's legal services include legal advice and inheritance planning, constitution and administration of companies, loans and issue of bank guarantees. At the client's request, the Bank can also set up various types of companies under Swiss or foreign law (limited liability companies, foundations or trusts).
